Keep me young

by Jeff Crosby

/

about

Wrote this song driving around LA working for a studio delivering rental gear. Someone spray painted "find something to love and let it kill you" on a concrete wall on Beverly blvd. Thought it was a fitting opening line for a song. Finished the 2nd verse in McCall, ID visiting this beach downtown where I used to hang out with my girlfriend and get stoned after school. ahhhhh those were the days. While I was on a solo tour last year in England I tracked this song at Clockwork Owl Studios in Brighton with Tim Bidwell producing and engineering. Really loved the studio and couldnt be happier with how it came out. Seems fitting to release it now turning 30 and all this week. Hope you enjoy - JC
